SYNOPSYS
A young woman is hit by a truck on a country road at night. The driver had fallen asleep at the wheel and had not seen the pupil from an elite boarding school in Lucerne. However, it soon becomes clear that he was not to blame. She was already dead when she was run over. Inspector Reto Flückiger (Stefan Gubser) and his colleague Liz Ritschard (Delia Mayer) begin to investigate the young woman’s circle of friends and meet the children of high-ranking politicians and business giants from all over the world at the boarding school. Flückiger tangles with the rich and powerful and risks the investigation escalating into a state affair.
